This location has recently expanded to 100K+ sq. ft. of production area at this location with the overall responsibility of 200+ highly dedicated team members! Due to our continued expansion and growth throughout the company we are happy to offer this important leadership role.

This position will be the primary contact with our customers and will focus on improvement activities to increase customer relations, employee morale/retention, manufacturing practices, and overall cash flow. Leading our Program Managers and their elite teams in day to day activities in alignment with our long-term goals will prove to be both challenging and rewarding!
- This positon will require a person who possesses a Business Management or Industrial/Electrical Engineering degree and 7 years of successful supervisory and management experience; or a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated successful Program Management experience.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, concepts, tools and application or equivalent practices experience.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools
